![]() when you rebuild a motor and change any internal part you should have it re balanced. meaning, rods, pistons, crank, balancer, flywheel. as for the roller cam in the 79 block you can do it. you will need to get the roller conversion kit and its pretty easy. since you are in the area if you are considering doing a performance rebuild i would be happy to build you a killer motor. e-mail me and ill help you out and send you a price list if youre interested.
