![]() While we are on the subject of dumping exhaust, I have a legality qiestion. I know (or at least I think I know) that in Texas, your tailpipes on passenger cars must extend beyond your rear axle (hence no dumps on cars). What about if you cut the pipes just after they come down over the axle? It wont extend to the rear of the car, but it will go beyond the axle. I will attempt to find a definate answer somewhere on the web, but if anyone knows, that would be great.
