Default $11,500.00

Stacy, Yes it was an AWESOME looking ride. I played a tire kicker and went and looked at it.. I couldn't resist.. And yes it did cost a bunch of pretty pennies. According to their ad it cost $11,500.00 for that paint option. There's no way I could afford that sucker new. That car had a pretty interesting history too, Here is some of their ad below..

1996 FORD MUSTANG GT (SALEEN), S281. THIS IS CAR NUMBER 2, THE FIRST EVER MUSTANG TO RECEIVE SALEEN'S $11,500.00 "EXTREME RAINBOW" FLIP PAINT JOB AND THE ONLY ONE THEY DID IN 1996. IT THEN WENT ON TO THE INTERNATIONAL CAR SHOW FOR 30 DAYS BEFORE BEING PURCHASED BY MAJOR LEAGUE BASEBALL PITCHER BOBBY SEAY, OF THE TAMPABAY DEVIL RAYS. ONLY 13 OF THESE MUSTANG'S EXIST IN THE "EXTREME RAINBOW" FLIP FINISH AND THIS ONE IS IN SHOWROOM CONDITION WITH ONLY 7,900 MILES, ALWAYS GARAGED, NEVER SMOKED IN OR WRECKED. SOLD FOR OVER $60,000.00 WHEN NEW.
