![]() You guys are right. With a box stock carburetor, you wont gain anything over a decent EFI setup. However if the carburetor is right, it will make more power, but a little less torque. In my class there is a 75lb weight penalty for choosing to run a carb.
In James' buddies case, that thing prolly picked up 30 horse with an out of the box carb. There can be as much as 50 horsepower hidden in the carb, if you know what you are doing. Nice car James! Andy
