Default 2v 4.6< 5.0 <4v 4.6

If you can afford a 96-98Cobra, go that way, if not I'd stick w/pushrod power; the only downside to the 5.0 is the block gets shakey when you start making real HP, the 4.6 block will take more power but will cost a lot more to make it.
