![]() To tell you the truth if the Cobra has stock gears I think the GT will have the advantage.
My car has similar bolt-ons to your GT (also have Al flywheel, spec stage II clutch, Al driveshaft and some weight reduction) and I can pull on '99-'01 Cobras even from a roll (which are a bit faster than '96-'98s) until I have to go to 5th gear. So with 4.10s and bolt-ons in the GT if you get a good launch I don't think he can catch you.
