Whoa, hey I was just giving my .02. I did not intend to confuse the guy or start an argument with you. You are the professional here, he should take your word for it. Not mine. My apology to you 88 5.0. But, like I said, that is my opinion of what to do about keeping viruses off the computer, home or office.
And yes, the common home user isn't going to run linux. Most of them will not take the time to learn to use it. IMO, linux is the way to go. Windows (any version) sucks. It has so many problems it isn't funny. Jim, you should take his word for it about spysweeper and norton anti virus. I agree with that. Especially, if you don't know much about computers
