![]() Yeah, actually as a side note... unless you need to be class legal for a racing series cubic inch wise... don't even waste your time building that kind of 302 based mill. Go right to a 351 based mill. You can make 700 or so hp on a early model 351W production block with a girdle. An SVO block is still ideal. But, I'd say a must at 800+ hp. I used a production '73 351W block with a DSS billet aluminum main girdle myself for my supercharged 377 stroker.
