I guess you don't have one of these.
It would help you troubleshoot a possible fp problem. At least it is cheap too. That is what I would look at given your info. Your ignition stuff looks more than adequate. I imagine with nitrous you gotta have an adjustable fpr. Just crank the fpr up a few psi and drive it around and look for white smoke, then your running rich. Then, back it off a couple of psi. A/F gauges are a rip-off imo. The only real a/f gauge would be one that is attached via individual thermocouple bungs in the header. Those multi-colored things are just not accurate enough.
