Default engine build

Ray, I talked with Keith Kraft at their Plano, Texas Shop last week about my engine build up. Keith builds motors for many NHRA stock record holders. I spoke with two of them that hold records in a 70 mach1 and his son that holds a stock record in a Salen about a year ago at a NHRA meet in Ennis, Texas. They said Keith Kraft is one of the best in the country. I have built several motors in the past but not to the extent that I want going into this one. Kraft told me it would 6K to 8K depending what we put into the build.
It sounds like you have a reall sweet moto, and the pictures are great. *8 grand* is reasonable when you have a passion you are into. My wife tells me that I love my 71 Mach1 more than I do her. I do spend more waking hours on the Mustang than I do with Her. But the rewards are just as wonderful, and the Mach1 almost never has a bad day that I can't figure out why it happend. These cars are truly a joy to work on. Thanks again
