Default Low temp and dry air

I live in Houston where altitude is almost nonexistant. Still, the ambiant temp and relative humidity make a big difference in my track times. Hot and damp is as bad as high altitude any day, LOL.

I mean 13.30/103.6 in good air versus 13.6 101 in bad air. I know what you'all mean about altitude, but other atmospheric conditions can help or hurt as well.
