![]() 45 years ago I worked at a Humble gas station (now Exxon). Part of my job was to keep the plate glass exterior of the office area spotless. Guess what I was instructed to use. That's right, Bon-Ami. I made a paste of the cleanser and water and applied it like you would a car wax. After it hazed over, I would remove it with a dry towel and elbow grease. The glass came out perfectly clean and polished to shine. My bet uis that that technique will work well on plastic headlight covers as well.
