Scrapla:
Are you running all the other factory accessorys? The reason I ask, is that I spent about 4 hours wed morning running back and forth to the part store trying to find a belt to bypass my smog pump (siezed on the interstate tues night en route to work, shredded the belt, resulted in a nice long walk...Less said about that night the better )Anyway, we were using pep boys, and IIRC tried everything from the 780r6 through like the 720, and could not get anything to fit. Finally I bypassed the P/S too, and got that one right on the first try. (705r6 I think) If you know of a belt that'll work and leave the P/S active too, I'm not going to bother replacing the pump right now. *pathetic squeak* Help? (I just replaced the smog pump about 6 mos. ago, and am not looking forward to doing it again) (BTW the car has P/S, A/C, alt and smog.) Thanks J
