No hot air is bad news. Something wrong. I had that once. Reason was the thermostat was not opening up to let hot water to the heater, radiator etc. I don't no how to check the theromostat or whatever signal it gets to open but my two cents is get it to a shop and find out. I burned up my engine due to this problem.
