when my brother put headers on his 74 camaro, we drove right through the heart of the city to where we got the exhaust put on, and over a bridge! (echos) It was really loud, but we got away with it. I dont think we ever saw a man of the law though, which is probably the only reason. Also, living in northern minnesota, we have alot of jacked up trucks with no exhausts running around, so people really dont seem to mind...
