![]() Wow, that's great! Did the carpet have any kind of adhesive backing on it? The carpet in my footwell is mainly retained by large velcro patches that are firmly attached to the back of the carpet and the footwell; this is the factory setup. The issue is the velcro patch isn't at the edge of the carpet, so the carpet is curling up to the point where the velcro is...

![]() You made need to experiment with some different types of adhesives. I have had good success with a product called Shoe Goo. I have sealed leaking windows to covering soldered sterio wires instead of using heat shrink. This stuff dries harder than RTV and comes in clear or black
