I had the same problem with my Accufab. This is what I did but it is hard to explain. The spot where the throtal cable mounts to that bracket thing by the throtalbody is what the problem was. I moved the cable to the front of the bracket so when the throtal would close it would be real tight. It binds the cable a litle bit when the throtal is closed making sure it can't open unless you step on the gas. Hope this helps.

Are you still going to do the 351 now?
