				 |  longtube and h-pipe I have longtubes with 3 inch collectors than directly to 3 inch dynomax bullet race mufflers. Should I put a equilizer pipe (h-pipe) between the 2 collectors. If I do how much power will it give me?thanks..... |

				 |  Re: longtube and h-pipe The crossover is usually installed within 12" of the collectors. It is there to smooth out the pulses and helps low end torque.

				 |  Re: longtube and h-pipe I'm going to try to work one in, but I have to wait until my c4 gets out of the shop. I don't want to do anything drastic until I measure twice and cut once. I'm sure a ton of other people have fabed these up at home but first try for me. I was going to just buy an x pipe and work off that, but I like to do things the hard way "all the time". |
