The part number is: 0 332 002 156 Here is the website that I used to wire my fan up. I don't have the fan controller though. Hope this helps: http://www.fordmuscle.com/archives/2...an/index.shtml These taurus fan draw a lot of current at initial start up which is why a big relay and upgraded alternator is recommended.
