I'm freakin' out here

Hey, I JUST had this happen to me on a major highway in Toronto !! It's freaky !!

What I did was change the fuel pump, and the plug wires (my pump was very loud tho!), and that seemed to make the difference.. BUT, how I knew it was my ignition system was that I checked my plugs (pulled one out, and looked at the spark while trying to turn it over, it was very weak, a orange-red colour)

Also, I'm going to clean out the t-body, and check the o2 sensors, cause mine is running rich, which seems to cause it to stall while idling...??
