The GT40 only makes 2-4 more HP then the Cobra, nothing you will notice. It is lighter then the Cobra but it isn't worth the $200 more. I also favor the Holley but it works good for me with all the other parts I have, as stated befor you will give up more low end with the Holley on a near stock motor therefore the Cobra would be a good choice

daz95gt- try a Accufab 65mm TB and a 75mm Pro-M bullet it is a very popular combo. Some people have problems running 24# and a 75mm due toi the fuel curve of the 24# injetcors I myself haven't had any problems.
