My question is are there going to be any problems (computer maybe?) driving without the overflow tank in the mean time? If I have to, I can rig it up somehow, but I'd just as soon go without it if I can.

Thanks again- peace.
Computer related problems due to the overflow? ........Nope.
I would suggest checking the coolant level more frequent or rig a temporary overflow tank. GL
