thats a 1999-2004 mustang

It looks an 04 v6. I say this because the fender badge appears to be the round 40th aniversary badge and the wheels are the stock wheels from the v6. I could be wrong, but that is my best educated opinion. If i could see the spoiler, i would be able to help you more. good luck.
