Ignition switch or wiring combination of the ign on position at the switch. Grounds definetely need to be rechecked.. I would start by checking 12vdc ign on at some key places (coil, EEC relay, FP relay, ECM pins 37 & 57, injector connector sample) and the always hot 12vdc supply places at EEC relay, FP relay, ECM pin 1.
