![]() There is another screw/bolt on the bottom of the fender toward the door. On my 68 the fender's also attached to the front valance and the stone deflector. If it's just stuck, and never been removed, it may be the sealant has dried under it and basically glued it shut. I believe my assembly manual said Ford used a bead of black sealant under the fenders before they went on.
