Hey steve,

I kind of had the same problem recently, check your fuel filter and/fuel sender and tank to see if anything get clogged up when gas is being splashed around ie when driving and it settles when stopped. I found it out when I stuck a 2 gal tank in the engine compartment and drove it that way to see if it was fuel delivery.
