Whenever I park on a slight incline or hill the "low oil" light comes on. Is my sender going bad and if so were is it located?

It should be in the side of oil pan or just above the oil pan. Check the oil level too if you havent done that already.

An Oil Pressure Switch should only cost maybe $40 at most from an auto parts store. Which is located in the oil pan or just above it.

Senders are prone to going bad. I would say if you check the level and it is physically ok then start with replacing the sender and see if that works.
