OK, here is something interesting I found just now. I did a fuel flow test and it took the pump 33-34 seconds to fill 1 gallon container. THEN, I did the same test with my electric fan running and it took 40 seconds to fill it.
It seems when the fan is running, the pump loses power because of the fan. Also, the pump gets much quieter when the fan is ON.
