You can tap the upper to put the AIT sensor there but it's easier to just use the air inlet tube. As for the vacuum lines, just like was said before. Reroute them anyway you please but you may end up having to install an Adjustable FPR and a Fuel Pressure guage. If you get more or less vacuum than stock to the FPR it will up or lower your pressure... take it from experience just go ahead and do it- good luck~
