Yes, have dealt with it every time I do a rack on a Fox Mustang. The bushings supplied with the new "jobber" racks are from a Mustang II. You have to reuse your old sleeves and bushings from the old rack or order new ones. Just pop them out of both racks and install the originals in the machined hole in the new one.
