need Audio help?

I have a 98 LX and im trying to replace the stereo with an aftermarket one but after getting the units out of the dash I came to a problem with the amp wires. I can't seem to get the amp wires off the original units, along with that since there are two i have no idea what to do with the other amp wire. How do I get the wires off and what do i do with them after that? Thanks.

my last thread was stupid... my real problem lies within the color of the wires. the stock ones dont match the new ones with the new HU. if anyone knows where a free wiring diagram is online, without giving me the plethera of crappy websites

, or knows them off hand that would be great.

you need to get an aftermarket harness from like bestbuy or circuit city to hook up to the stock harness and than use butt connectors to hook up to the HU. The harnesses usually go between $ 20 to $40. per kit. The harness kit come with diagrams too.

yeah, i went to best buy and got the harness. i should have done that all along. thanks though.
