I 2nd, as long as they are for a ford 8.8 they will be fine. the gears have nothing to do with the ABS or the traction control but the one thing that would worry me is putting in used gears I would not do it, used gears already have a pattern worn in them and the chance of getting them to not make noise is slim, plus they have a higher chance to fail
