Intake, throttle body, EGR gaskets
oil/filter change a way of scraping off the old gasket material - carefull not to let it fall into the heads new thermostat and gasket new PCV, gromet, screen, maybe new 3/8" hose for PCV (age and condition of old) clean and spread metal contacts on the white and black connectors check / clean engine grounds in the back of the head new o-ring seals for the injectors install fuel pressure regulator if you don't have one check for play on the pushrods or damaged rockers (I assume still stock though) Watch for alignment with the heads and the lower intake. Look at how much room you have between the new lower and the block. If its really tight you'll need Black RTV silicone, otherwise you may be able to use the cork gasket (usually comes with intake gaskets). If you use cork - only crush about 20-35% or it may squish out. Take your time, keep everything clean. Make sure you can account for every bolt you remove.... Just do a spring cleaning since you'll have access to everything.
