I think you are good to go. Whats the duration of that cam at .050?

the duration of the cam @.050 is .221/.225

hrdroc-.600 lift springs GT40P heads ported all the way out,1.6 ratio roller rockers,24lb injectors,70mm throttle body,under pulley's,cobra intake port match to the head,trick flow stage 1 cam .499/.510 lift,cold air intake,73mm mass air meter,adj fuel pressure regulator. stock bottom end


et street slicks- 13.50@104.99 best 60ft. 1.720 3.73 gears

reg street tires- 14.89@101.25 best 60ft. 2.090 3.08 gears

I cleared a .566/.566 218/224 cam with 2.02 1.60 valves and stock pistons. It was very close.

I'm not sure about the GT40 heads, but with stock pistons, I ran the stage one just fine.

thats cool but what size roller rockers did u have USMC302 i have 1.7 roller rockers

We used axle grease to check my P to V clearance on my motor with 58cc heads TFS #1 cam and 1.6 rockers, spun it over, pulled the head off and the valves didn't even have any grease on them!!
And we had it smeared on the piston pretty thick, so I think your OK too.

We were running staggered rockers at that time. 1.7's on exhaust, 1.6's on intake.
