Installation is pretty easy IMO. Your compression is plenty low already at roughly 9 to 1.

Go ahead and pull the heads, get them surfaced and install some good head gaskets (cometic)and ARP head studs then go with either a ported stock lower intake or cobra lower intake to mount the Kenne Bell on.

This is stuff you could go ahead and do while you are saving cash.
