I'm interested in this too...except mine is a 4.6 V8.

I like the thought of swapping in a 331 or 347, or even a 351/408. Any of these would provide a lot more low end torque and be able to get above 300 RWHP easer that the 4.6L. Surely someone has done this...but I can't find any information on it...also checking stangnet, allfordmustangs, etc.
