headers always seem to be a pain in the *** to install....
but a header gasket is the same as the exh manifold gasket! just gotta be sure to get ALL of the old gasket off or you'll get a leak!! I had to use a dremel to remove the old gasket sealed to the heads on mine.. always check the bolts after a few miles to be sure they are still tite!! ------------------ 84 GT,shorty headers, open dual's, bored .060, 10.5" clutch, T5, 89 heads, edelbrock Performer manifold, matched cam, 600 Holley.. never enuff & always learning.. the only sound, better than a strong running V-8, is a woman having the big 'O' |
