Well, if you go asking for NOS, they won't know what you're talking about. That's a brand name. You'll want n2o, or nitrous oxide. Many speed shops can refill bottles, or welding supply places. Call some places locally, and find one that sells to the public. Some places are wholesale only, and they won't sell to you.
