![]() It really sounds like the TFI module. I know you replaced it, but do you have access to a known good one, just to check?
Which firing order does that cam call for, and is that the same firing order that your ECM is programmed for? How's it set? Have you verified TDC on the balancer with the rotor? It really sounds like an ignition problem, more specifically, a module problem. I would try replacing the module with a known good one, and then verify the static timing. You're close. All the other problems have disappeared with the bad ECM. A bad ECM could have damaged the TFI module. I really wish you were closer. You're at the point now where I need to be under the hood.
