![]() From pump to rack there is a hose that goes through a bracket connected to the body. The hose has a metal piece on it to prevent chaffing I guess. When I bought my car it was leaking from there because the metal piece even now does not stay in the bracket and the hose chaffs. It's worth a look. The hose is cheap and easy to replace. Take a look inside the boot that covers the inner tie rods also. I have heard that if there is fluid in there the rack is on its way out.
