Yeah, it will botl right up. Just make sure you get the H-pipe for shorty headers and not full length or long tubes. It's a peice of cake to install, takes me about 15 min to swap mine out. Just make sure you have good tools and some WD-40 cause the header bolts that connect to the h-pipe are usually tight or rusted in place, so make sure you don't round off the nuts and have the socket on straight and you have the right size. Other then that your set. You will really like the results that you get. More power and a hell of alot better sound. Oh yeah, it will bolt up to the 2 1/4" flows just fine.
