Anyone correct me if I am wrong.

But just use the ones u already have, it shouldn't make a difference, both wheels (if u are using your stock wheels) were from ford so I should think that the lug nuts for both would be the same. On a personal not, I switched my 10hole rims to American racing 5-stars and am using the same lugs, haven't had any problems.
