No, but my dad debated on doing the swap into his '82 Capri. We took a look at his Capri, my Mustang GT, our Lincoln Mark VII, and the old rear end out of my Thunderbird Turbo, which looked like an 8.8" unit? I could take another look at it tomorrow if I have time, but it seems to me the quadshocks mount in a different place. I don't think they ever used the 10" drums with the 7.5 did they? That's the other thing that makes me think it's an 8.8".
