You need a pulley puller to get the pulley off, do a search for Mustang Parts, one good one is Nat'l Parts Depot. Seals should be widely available.

Slave cyl is not hard to rebuild - can get seal and boot kit. Just make sure piston and inside of cyl is not scored. Do NOT try to rebuild valve - get good rebuilt. The stock type rebuild kit is very hard to put in and make it last. Also gearbox can be rebuilt - several good rebuilders out there - check Mustang catalogues.
