Does it make any destinct noise when it goes into N? A grinding, or thud mabey?

It sounded like a rattling noise or maybe grinding sound while i was driving. Not when it slipped into N.

BTW: your auto is a 4 speed. 3 speeds and an over drive.

4 speed with overdrive. 5L engine. Always well maintained...of course it's owned by a woman.
