You need to use a paperclip and push the little button in, through the hole in the key tumbler when you turn it to ACC.

Then unscrew bezel and remove switch.

Make sure that you have current at the coil when the switch is in "run". There is a bypass that gives more voltage to coil in start and lowers it in run.

Your coil maybe weak and needs 12 volts.
