There's one large connector and a smaller one just hanging out of the harness near the driver's side firewall. Your code scanner instructions will tell you how to hook them up and pull the codes.
I'm interested in what you find as well. Mine just started doing something similar, but it seems to do it for the first 5 minutes or so, I give it a few good full throttle blasts and it goes away.
