Question

what line are you refering too? are you changeing the master cyyender too? if you add the proportioning valve than yes, you also must add thedistribution block in line.add the stainless line to thebottom port of the master to thethe new three way blockthen connect (l) & (r) front original lines to the block.now add the rear line to the porp line block an thats it . Hope this helps.
