They don't come with pullies. Make sure the pump rotates clockwise. Serp belt 5.0's have a reverse rotation water pump. Just tell the builder it's a replacement engine for a '65.

FYI: Whether it comes with one or not, a new engine should always get a new water pump. Kinda silly to spend all that money and then use an old water pump on it. Besides, if the old pump has been sitting off the engine for more than a week, it's seals have probably dried out and cracked anyway.
