Sounds like you had better look at it yourself. If this guy doesn't know anything about cars and the dealer didn't know then they fed him full of crap. From what I've heard/seen there isn't a 4.6 turbo setup out yet. Unless it would be home made from salvage turbos. I highly doubt it. It could have a supercharger on it, but then the dealer wouldn't have let it go at that low of a price unless the block was cracked or it had 200,000 miles on it. I can roast the tires in my 4.6 at 40 mph, too. All I've got is 3.73s and K&N. Just downshift and give her hell. Easy to do. It's probably got gears in it. Who knows.
